Business Analyst

Our client, a well-established leader in the luxury retail industry, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and observation.

• Analyse and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved efficiency.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Develop and execute test scripts, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and end-to-end system validation.

• Produce comprehensive process documentation, user guides, training material, and handover documentation.

• Support reporting and data analysis to assist informed business decision-making.

• Assist with system configuration, workflow improvements, and ongoing enhancements across business platforms.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering methodologies.

• Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, draw.io, or similar.

• Proven ability to produce functional specifications, user stories, and test documentation.

• Good understanding of data flows and system integrations.

• Experience working with project management or workflow tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar.

• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or e-commerce platforms such as Zoho or Shopify will be advantageous.
