This is a true hybrid technology role for someone who wants to build capability across Business Analysis, ERP systems, Business Intelligence, data and automation. Ideal for a technically curious problem-solver who wants exposure well beyond traditional Business Analysis.
You will work hands-on with Microsoft Business Central, gaining a deep understanding of ERP functionality, table structures, master data and business processes. At the same time, you will progressively move into SQL, ETL, BI reporting, automation and AI-enabled projects. You will remain actively involved in ERP support and projects, making this an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and analytical depth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyse and translate business requirements
- Support ERP projects, upgrades and enhancements
- Develop SQL querying, data extraction and ETL capability
- Support BI reporting and dashboards
- Identify process and automation opportunities
- Help scope, test and roll out automation and AI-enabled solutions
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma/degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or a related field
- Exposure to ERP, systems support, data analysis or business analysis is advantageous
- Strong Excel skills
- Business Central or similar ERP exposure is advantageous
- SQL knowledge advantageous, with a strong willingness to develop further
