We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology environment supporting large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing, designing and optimising business processes, translating business needs into clear requirements, and working closely with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable operating independently, influencing stakeholders, managing complex initiatives and contributing to continuous business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and requirements.
- Lead requirements management, communication and organisation across initiatives.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories on JIRA, including clear acceptance criteria for testers.
- Prepare and maintain relevant business and project documentation.
- Analyse and assess business risks, opportunities and potential impacts.
- Ensure alignment between business architecture and enterprise architecture.
- Assist with business cases where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and project team members.
- Ensure solutions and processes comply with applicable industry standards, governance requirements and regulations.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
- Work effectively within an Agile environment and contribute to Agile ceremonies and practices.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with databases, cloud computing and IT infrastructure
- Experience with Manual / Functional Testing
- Exposure to complex retail sales environments and supporting business applications
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant Business Analysis / Business Architecture experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to business transformation projects.
- Strong experience working with business processes, requirements and stakeholders.
- Practical experience working within Agile delivery environments.
