We are always looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team and contribute to innovative technology projects across various industries.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of business and technology solutions. The successful candidate will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs while working closely with product owners, engineers, architects, UX designers, testers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery and value realisation.

• Analyse current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.

• Define and document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Develop process maps, customer journeys, use cases, and data definitions.

• Support SIT/UAT, testing, defect management, and change requests.

• Maintain requirements traceability, decision logs, and RAID logs.

• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, data flows, and integration requirements.

• Support delivery governance, risk, controls, and operational readiness.

Change & Operational Readiness Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• CBAP / CCBA or BABOK-aligned certification advantageous.
