A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self‑starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. They communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while confidently bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into functional documentation
- Document procedures and workflows
- Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
- Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
- Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements
- Continuously improve analysis tools and processes
- Perform all other tasks related to the role
- Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 3–5 years of business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
