Company and Job Description: A leading FMCG business based in Boksburg is looking for a Business Analyst to join their high-performing team. In an industry where consumer demands shift rapidly and data drives every decision, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying trends, improving business performance, and providing valuable insights that influence strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse operational data to identify trends and improve performance.

• Monitor and report on overhead costs, including electricity and overtime.

• Cross-reference operational and financial data to ensure accuracy.

• Track project costs, progress, and performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions

Job Experience & Skills Required

• BCom in Data & Operations Management

• SAICA Articles

• Minimum 3 years post articles experience

• Production or FMCG industry experience
