Duties & Responsibilities

Join an established business within the agriculture sector where technology, data and operational performance are increasingly central to how the organisation operates. This role sits at the intersection of business, finance, operations and technology , giving you the opportunity to analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business requirements into practical technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, interrogate financial and operational information, and support the development and optimisation of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improved business performance.

• Gather and translate business requirements into technology, system and process solutions , working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

• Support the implementation and optimisation of business systems, reporting tools and data-driven processes to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: Relevant degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Finance, Commerce, Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or another operationally complex environment .

• Strong understanding of financial and operational data and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Experience working with ERP systems, BI/reporting tools and data analysis platforms .

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• A genuine interest in technology, systems and process optimisation .
