Are you a Business Analyst who gets excited about Microsoft 365, digital transformation, automation and the future of AI?
We’re headhunting a talented Modern Work Business Analyst for an established technology business in Johannesburg.
This is not your typical BA role.
We’re looking for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of business, people and technology — helping customers transform the way they work using the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional Business Analysis and build your career in the rapidly evolving world of Modern Work, Microsoft 365, automation and AI.
Duties & Responsibilities
ou’ll work alongside experienced consultants and engage directly with customers to:
* Lead and support discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
* Translate business challenges into practical technology solutions
* Map current and future-state business processes
* Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
* Work with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
* Help design modern collaboration, intranet and document-management solutions
* Build and improve workflows using Power Automate
* Gain exposure to Power Apps and Power BI
* Support information governance, document management, retention and compliance initiatives
* Drive user adoption, training and change
* Explore how Microsoft Copilot and AI can transform business processes
Desired Experience & Qualification
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience across areas such as
Business Analysis | Digital Transformation | Information Management | IT | Change Management | Corporate Communications
You should have experience engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements and understanding how technology can solve real-world business problems.
Exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive or Power Platform will definitely get our attention.
A relevant degree is preferred, while certifications such as MS-900 or PL-900 would be advantageous.
Package & Remuneration
R40 000.00 - R50 00.00 PM CTC depending on level of experience
