In this 6-month contract, you will lead critical business analysis across Employee Benefits and Investment platforms. You’ll optimize end-to-end investment operations, streamline member data management, and architect workflows for major regulatory mandates like Two-Pot reform.

The Tech Stack & Expertise Deep-Dive Must-Haves:

• Domain Focus: Deep experience in Employee Benefits, Retirement Fund Administration, LISP/linked investment platforms, Unit Trust administration, and Group Risk.

• Operations & Workflows: Investment operations analysis, member data management, contribution processing, benefit payments, transfer workflows, and automated reconciliation.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Hands-on knowledge of FSCA, FICA, POPIA, Pension Funds Act, Section 13B platforms, and Two-Pot/Three-Pot reform legislation.

• Experience: 5–10 years as a Senior Business Analyst in financial services/investments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in process design automation and advanced data integration models for financial platforms.

• Proven track record in structuring team deliverables and establishing BA standards within contract environments.

Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief)

• Architect Workflows: Analyze, map, and implement robust operational workflows for contribution processing, benefit payouts, and system reconciliations.

• Drive Compliance: Ensure systems and business processes align with FSCA, POPIA, FICA, and Two-Pot legislative requirements.

• Lead & Standardize: Organize teams, implement structured analysis frameworks, and mentor junior analysts on best practices
