ENVIRONMENT

A global SharePoint Consultancy seeks the strong technical aptitude & commercial acumen of a Business Analyst who will serve as the bridge between clients and technical teams, gathering and documenting business requirements, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), and developing functional and technical specifications for projects. You will conduct client workshops, analyse business processes, and translate client needs into comprehensive technical solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 productivity tools. You will grow into a Technical Account Manager role where you will also manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Business Administration/Computer Science, or related field with at least 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a technical environment and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity suite including SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps. You also need to be familiar with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enhanced productivity tools.

DUTIES

Business Analysis -

·        Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.

·        Analyse client business processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvements.

·        Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) for accurate project planning and estimation.

·        Develop comprehensive functional specifications that clearly define project scope and deliverables.

·        Create technical specifications that translate business requirements into implementation details.

·        Document solution architecture and design decisions.

·        Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

·        Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state.

Technical Knowledge & Application -

·        Apply deep understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity suite to design effective solutions.

·        Recommend appropriate technologies and approaches based on client requirements (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Copilot).

·        Stay current with Microsoft product updates and new features.

·        Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

·        Collaborate with Developers to ensure technical specifications are correctly implemented.

·        Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

·        Create solution demonstrations and proof of concepts for clients.

Client Relationship Management -
