Business Analyst

Introduction

This is a 10 months contract

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives within a payments, regulatory and compliance environment .

- The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business needs, documenting current and future-state processes, managing requirements and supporting operating-model and governance design.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes .

• Elicit, analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate business analysis workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

• Develop process models, workflows and process documentation .

• Conduct impact analysis to assess the effect of proposed changes on processes, systems, people and business operations.

• Support the design of operating models and governance frameworks .

• Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery teams.

• Manage requirements traceability and support the resolution of requirements-related issues.

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Support initiatives relating to payments, regulatory requirements and compliance .

• Document business processes, requirements, decisions and outcomes in line with project standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.

• Mandatory experience within Payments/Regulatory/ Compliance-related initiatives.

• Proven experience in:

• Current-state and future-state process documentation

• Requirements elicitation and management

• Business process modelling

• Workshop facilitation

• Impact analysis

• Operating-model design

• Governance design

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience working across business and technical teams.

• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualification

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

• ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)

• Equivalent recognised Business Analysis qualification or certification.
