  • Emerging Tech and AI: Evaluate practical use cases for AI (generative, agentic), automation, and predictive analytics (e.g., conversational shipment intelligence, proactive exception handling) alongside Engineering and Data teams.
  • Market Benchmarking: Monitor digital trends across freight forwarding (e.g., myDSV, DHLi, myKN) and broader B2B/SaaS sectors to identify key differentiators.
  • End-to-End Execution: Lead initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, test, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with Architecture, Integration, Data, Cybersecurity, and third-party vendors. Coordinate dependencies with core enterprise systems (e.g., CargoWise, CRM, Finance).
  • Quality Assurance: Facilitate stakeholder workshops, write test scripts, lead functional testing, and coordinate release management.
  • Product Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for myJAS across business and IT units, managing competing priorities and trade-offs.
  • Drive Adoption: Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to drive platform onboarding and active usage.
  • Training and Documentation: Produce clear user guides, process maps (BPM standards), and training materials; train champions and core users.
  • Value Tracking: Establish and track metrics (KPIs) covering active usage, digital transaction volume, self-service rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency gains.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience managing customer-facing B2B digital products or platforms .
  • Strong grasp of Agile delivery, product discovery, backlog prioritization, analytics, and user journey mapping.
  • Functional understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data integration, enterprise applications, and modern AI/automation concepts.
