Duties & Responsibilities

As a  Graduate: Business Analyst you will play a key role in supporting various Business Transformation functions, including and general support to the Business Process Manager and being part of a strong team and working together on business operations and data-driven decision-making.

This role is based at the Econo Foods central office in Cape Town (Bellville/Tygervalley) -  so applicants MUST be based or live in Cape Town.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic and operational decisions. Data Collection and Reporting

• Demand Forecasting and Planning Support

• Inventory and Stock Analysis

• Promotional and Pricing Analysis

• Customer and Market Insights

• Process Improvement

• Stakeholder Management

• Project Support and Business Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Must have the following completed qualification  National Diploma (NQF-6)  or  BCom degree (NQF-7)  in...

• Information Technology

• Bachelor or Science

• ICT

2. Some knowledge or exposure to using MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and other computer systems.

Important information to take note

• The Graduate program is for a duration of  12 months (fixed term contract)

• Must have  completed/graduated  in one of the above fields  (Diploma or Degree - NQF Level 6 / 7)

• Available to  start asap in August 2026

• Available full time ( Monday -Friday )

• Not actively enrolled in another study program  (Learnership/Internship/Graduate Programme) especially with the W&RSETA

• Passionate, hardworking, wanting to grow and learn

• Building your career in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG).

• Salary is  R5 500  per month (as per the SETA Stipend for HET Degree Graduates)

• Must be of Youth age between  20 - 35 years old
