Skills Required
- 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements engineering.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools such as draw.io, Visio or similar.
- Practical experience developing functional specifications, user stories and test scripts.
- Good understanding of data flows, APIs, system interfaces and integrations.
- Experience with Jira, Zoho Projects or similar project/workflow management platforms.
- Exposure to CRM, ERP or e-commerce environments would be beneficial.
- Experience with platforms such as Zoho or Shopify would be advantageous.
