Business Analyst

Our client, a well-established organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing product team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business needs, define functional requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.

You'll play a key role throughout the product development lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and process analysis to solution design, testing, and implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• Produce user stories, process maps, solution design documentation, and functional specifications to support development teams.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
• Define and maintain business rules, functional requirements, and system configurations.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience

• 25 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar analytical role. • Experience within the financial services, fintech, or technology industry is advantageous. Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Sheets, or similar platforms. Apply now!
