Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements to support customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth teams to design and enhance customer-focused digital products and journeys.
- Analyse customer behaviour, business processes, and operational data to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and improved user experience.
- Translate commercial and customer requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support A/B testing, product experimentation, and continuous optimisation initiatives using customer and performance data.
- Assist with solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements that improve customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Job Experience and Skills Required: Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:
- 26 years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Functional Consulting, Digital Product, or Systems Analysis.
- Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Banking, Digital Products, E-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
- Exposure to customer acquisition, digital marketing, CRM,
