Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst Employee Digital Solutions to join the Digital & Technology team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Head: Digital Solutions Employee & PACS
CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. The Business Analyst: Employee Digital Solutions role is to bridge business needs and digital solutions by analysing, documenting, and translating employee experience and workforce requirements into effective technology outcomes. The role partners with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to drive process optimisation, support solution delivery, facilitate user adoption, and provide data-driven insights that enhance employee processes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Management : Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements for employee digital solutions and platforms
- Process Analysis & Optimisation : Analyse workforce and employee processes to identify improvement, automation and digital enablement opportunities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation : Facilitate engagement sessions with business stakeholders to align requirements, priorities and solution expectations
- Solution Design Support : Support product, architecture and delivery teams by translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
- User Acceptance & Change Support : Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities and support adoption of new employee digital solutions
- Reporting & Insights : Provide analysis and reporting on process performance, system usage and improvement opportunities

Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in business analysis or digital transformation roles
- Experience working with employee systems, HR technology or enterprise platforms
- Strong in-depth understanding of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
- Agile project or delivery experience advantageous
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Management or related field
- Business Analysis certification advantageous
