Start free — we apply for you →PBT Group is looking for a Business Analyst with strong UI/UX analysis capabilities to bridge business requirements, user experience, and solution delivery. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into intuitive, user-centric digital solutions.
The successful candidate will combine traditional Business Analysis responsibilities with user experience thinking, helping to define requirements, improve business processes, and shape digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and solution designs.
Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and improved user experience.
Develop and review user journeys, wireframes, screen flows, prototypes, and mock-ups in collaboration with UX and development teams.
Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, usability principles, accessibility standards, and customer needs.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect clarification, feature validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
Validate delivered functionality against approved business requirements and UX expectations.
Produce clear, accurate documentation and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
