Our client is looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology environment and deliver high-quality business analysis services across multiple, concurrent software application development initiatives . The role has a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation and system modernisation , serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, User Stories and Process Maps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT.
- Support the UAT process by providing guidance and clarifying requirement ambiguities.
- ·Maintain requirements traceability.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement activities.
- Analyse and map current and future-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate process redesign and optimisation initiatives aligned with business objectives and technology solutions.
- Define process measures, controls, and performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
Key Deliverables
- Business and functional requirements documentation.
- Process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Stakeholder engagement outputs.
- Traceability matrices and UAT support artefacts.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all processes align with organisational governance, compliance, and audit standards.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for process changes and digital initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits by providing process evidence, metrics, and controls.
- Embed quality, risk management, and controls into process design.
