You’ll be the one stalking inefficiencies, pouncing on opportunities for improvement and slipping effortlessly between the worlds of business and technology Duties & Responsibilities
The essentials
- 4+ years' relevant Business Analysis experience — you've been around the alley a few times
- A completed Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems
- Experience analysing and documenting as-is and to-be processes — because every good investigation starts with understanding what really happened
- Strong understanding of systems, applications, integrations and data flows
- The ability to gather, analyse and translate business, functional and system requirements
- A sharp eye for automation, optimisation and digitisation opportunities
- Confidence working with stakeholders, developers, vendors and technical teams — sometimes diplomacy is more useful than claws
- A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential
- My client needs someone who can prowl through processes, uncover hidden inefficiencies, connect the clues and land on their feet when the business throws them a curveball
- You'll need to be curious enough to ask the difficult questions, clever enough to spot what others miss and confident enough to make your move when the opportunity presents itself
