Introduction

The main purpose of this position is to support institutional analytics, business process improvement, statistical analysis, and strategic reporting within the Division. The rationale for this position is to strengthen integration between institutional data analysis, business intelligence, performance monitoring, and operational reporting. The position will support evidence-based decision making through the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of institutional data and performance information.

Desired Experience & Qualification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Honours Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or related Business Intelligence field is required.
  • Postgraduate qualification with a research component will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years practical/vocational training in a research and/or academic environment (could be postgraduate research).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Data analysis and design/ Business Intelligence.
  • Experience conducting qualitative or quantitative data analysis in any of the listed software (or similar) is required.
