Honours or postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
Experience 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation projects. 3+ years' experience working on AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, or Advanced Analytics initiatives. Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements. Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions. Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations.
