Role Purpose The Business Analyst – AI & Big Data is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology by analysing, documenting, and translating business requirements into AI, Machine Learning (ML), Advanced Analytics, and Big Data solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, architects, and development teams to ensure AI and data initiatives deliver measurable business value while aligning with enterprise strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops, define business processes, identify AI use cases, document functional and non-functional requirements, and support the successful delivery of AI and Big Data programmes. Detail: Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Honours or postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is advantageous. Experience 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation projects. 3+ years' experience working on AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, or Advanced Analytics initiatives. Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements. Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
