Business Analyst (Acumatica ERP)

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven Acumatica ERP expertise to join their growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys improving business processes, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Configure, optimise, and support the Acumatica ERP platform.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.

• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.

• Produce business process documentation, workflows, and user guides.

• Conduct gap analyses and recommend system improvements.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution.

• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Deliver user training and post-implementation support where required.

• Assist with reporting and dashboard requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proven hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP (essential) .

• Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience.

• Experience with ERP implementation, optimisation, or upgrade projects.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience facilitating workshops and UAT.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, IT, or a related field.

Advantageous

• Experience within the ISP, telecommunications, or technology sector.

• SQL or reporting tool experience.

• Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, ECBA, FTI, or equivalent).
