We are seeking Mid-Level Business Analysts to join an IT team on a 12-month contract based in Gauteng . The successful candidates will provide business analysis services across various technology initiatives, including the implementation of business systems, automation and integration projects. This is a fully onsite position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder engagements and requirements workshops.
- Develop business process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support backlog refinement and define acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Provide business analysis services as assigned by IT Management.
- Contribute to business system implementation, automation, and integration initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Executive of Digital Transformation and Innovation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Mid-Level Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience conducting stakeholder engagements and requirements workshops.
- Experience developing business process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience with backlog refinement and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience working with project teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
