LOCATION: MIDDELBURG, MPUMALANGA (MP313)
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 plus National Diploma in Building Science/ Architecture, Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification (NQF 6/7). A minimum of 3 years relevant experience. The incubebent must have comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of National Building Regulatins and Standards, capability to evaluate and approve building plans. Computer literacy (MS Office) packages. A Valid Code B Driver's License.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Control and regulate illegal building and structures. Conduct inspection, issuing of occupancy certificates and report writing. Perform any additional related duties.
