Broker Support Administrator responsibilities includewith no advice given to clients or brokers:
- Dealing with brokers who are very demanding on calls.
- Basic admin, linking policies with new brokers, removing brokers off policies, removing broker fees.
- Checking account premium movements.
- Commission queries payments queries by brokers
- Listening to calls and applying content of calls.
- Handling complaints and queries.
- Must be familiar with FSCA.
Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/ Standard 10/ NQF 4
- Tertiary Qualification/ NQF5
- FAIS credits/ Full Insurance Qualifications Depending on DOFA advantageous
- Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams RE5 advantageous
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of broker administration and/ or client services
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the short-term insurance industry
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers, Broker Admin staff, Tied Agent andVarious departments
- Assist with support queries for Brokers, Tied Agent
- Provide Brokers with support and feedback
