In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead a high-performing team of Broker Consultants to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships across the traditional independent and corporate broker sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Drive tactical and operational business plans to meet sales targets, foster employee engagement, and build a high-performance team culture aligned with group objectives.
Broker Partner Management: Develop and implement relationship strategies for complex, high-value corporate and independent Broker Partners, serving as the senior regional ambassador.
Business Development: Identify and secure new high-potential broker distribution channels while setting clear performance objectives for relationship consultants.
Sales Analytics & Reporting: Interpret sales data, identify market trends, and report actionable insights to execute the overall Broker Strategy.
