This role is ideally suited to an individual with experience in the FMCG or beverage manufacturing industry who is passionate about quality, operational excellence, and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards. The successful candidate will support brewing operations, monitor production processes, maintain product quality, and ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and hygiene requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Detail: Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) 2-4 Years working experience within a FMCG environment A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a National Diploma or equivalent, will be advantageous Previous experience in an FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work effectively in a production-driven environment Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize tanks and prepare products for packaging Maintain high standards of plant cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping Adhere to all Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and standards Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, and safe work instructions Maintain the Operator Work Concept throughout the shift Perform Autonomous Maintenance activities in accordance with established standards Identify and report equipment abnormalities and assist in restoring equipment to basic operating conditions Monitor brewing processes to ensure product quality and operational efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets Strong understanding of safety and hygiene practices within a manufacturing environment show more...
