- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- 35 years' brazing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 13 years' experience within a refrigeration environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass brazing.
- Ability to meet high-quality workmanship standards.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
