REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s an added advantage but not essential.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
English speaking (must be able to read, write and speak fluently).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Sound working knowledge of MS Excel, Infor M3 or similar ERP/production planning systems.
Previous working experience in a similar position is essential.
Forecasting and scheduling of production plan.
Monitor branding production and quality audits.
The position involves planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring all branding production from order confirmation to finishing and final dispatch, including embroidery and printing methods such as sublimation, DTF, UV and other applicable branding processes. Ensures that customer delivery dates are met through accurate capacity planning, raw-material readiness, artwork and technical-file availability, clear communication, effective workflow control and close coordination with production, quality, finishing, procurement, sales and external supplier teams.
