To drive measurable growth through data-driven, performance marketing and optimisation across digital customer journeys. The purpose of the Brand Manager role is to manage the execution and optimisation of brand and marketing strategies by delivering integrated campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment to business objectives and brand positioning.
What you'll do
Campaign & Brand Management
Manage the delivery of integrated brand and campaign plans across channels
Implement campaign strategies, including channel mix, timing, and messaging
Act as brand custodian, driving innovation and elevating creative standards across all touchpoints
Drive improvements in campaign execution and effectiveness
Performance Management & Optimisation
Analyse campaign performance and evaluate outcomes against objectives
Report on results and recommend optimisation actions
Implement best practices for campaign execution, targeting, and measurement
Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure strong return on marketing investment.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Align campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Oversee approval processes and ensure governance compliance
Channel & Campaign Execution
Manage execution across key channels (e.g. social media , CRM, paid media , app, etc )
Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and meet defined standards
Resolve execution challenges and optimise delivery processes
Market & Strategic Input
Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Contribute to the development of brand and campaign strategies , ensuring alignment to commercial objectives, customer growth and brand equity targets
Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance
Additional Experience Experience in digital/performance marketing and eCommerce environments
Hands-on management of paid media, social, and CRM campaigns
Proven track record in campaign optimisation using performance metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS)
What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent – (essential).
6+ years experience as a brand manager or similar role – (essential).
Experience in digital marketing or marketing in retail or related business field– (essential).
Exposure working with e-CRM – Email (Everlytic, MailChimp or similar), SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging – (preferred).
Experience working with paid media, targeting, and audiences – (preferred).
Experience managing social media pages and channels – (preferred).
Brand Management skills – Able to implement a brand plan and guidelines, measure and report on campaign effectiveness, and proactively drive brand-building initiatives .
Passionate about the customer and obsessed with the latest consumer products and trends and making customers’ lives easier.

Develops integrated channel plans by maintaining a multi-channel customer centric approach; in parallel, links all initiatives to business results and understands how to measure success accordingly.
Business awareness – Understanding of business principles in the media environment and how to leverage insights to identify opportunities and deliver value.
Planning and organising - Plans, coordinates, and executes functions, practices, and procedures to execute business goals and objectives, and manages time well.
Able to work under pressure – Manages, prioritises, and balances multiple and competing demands in a high-pressured, fast-moving environment.
Results and quality-focused - Sets stretch goals for self while remaining focused and working tenaciously towards meeting and exceeding expectations within quality standards.
Comfortable with change and adapting to different requests.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and martech platforms
Understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalisation
Proficiency in data analysis, testing (A/B), and campaign optimisation
