- Are you a dynamic, strategic thinker with a passion for building brands that inspire? Old Khaki is looking for a Brand Lead to join our Marketing team and help shape the future of one of South Africa's most loved fashion brands.
- This role will give you the opportunity to co-create, implement and execute customer-focused campaigns that enhance the Old Khaki customer experience across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Project manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery against timelines and objectives.
- Lead production management to deliver high-quality creative outputs aligned with the brand's vision.
- Drive brand consistency from web to window in line with corporate identity CI.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
- Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification Diploma/Degree in Marketing.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing role retail experience is a plus.
- Strong ATL campaign management, budget management, and production management experience.
- Proven track record in leading and project-managing teams.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
