- We're on the hunt for energetic Brand Activation Agents!
- Are you passionate about engaging with people and bringing brands to life? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to meet you!
- As a Brand Activation Agent , you will be responsible for creating memorable brand experiences, engaging directly with consumers, and driving product awareness and sales at various activation sites such as malls, events, and high-traffic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and high-energy manner
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate consumers on key benefits
- Create memorable interactions that enhance brand awareness and loyalty
- Collect and report on customer feedback and engagement metrics
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of activation events
What We're Looking For
- Matric / NQF 4 equivalent
- Previous experience in promotions, brand activations, retail sales, or customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers proactively
- Strong sales ability and comfort working with targets
- High levels of energy and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public events
- Own, reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence - a must
- Persal experience advantageous
