Brand Activation Manager

About the role

• This role supports Reckitt's growth agenda by driving product innovation, consumer-led brand development, and category strategy. The successful candidate will manage market research initiatives to uncover actionable consumer and customer insights, translate findings into growth opportunities, and contribute to the development of both short- and long-term category strategies. Key responsibilities include leading product development programs that deliver sustainable sales and profit growth, as well as developing and executing local marketing communications and copy strategies aligned with brand objectives and adaptable for broader regional use.

Your responsibilities

• Manage a brand within the context of agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability, taking full P&L responsibility
• Develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
• In close partnership with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs, opportunities, develop pricing distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands.
• Develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans as well as oversee, manage and coach the Assistant Brand Managers on a regular basis

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject from a recognised university
• Minimum 3 year's marketing experience within Consumer Health OTC
