The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the achievement of branch targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the branch Supervise, motivate and manage branch staff Ensure efficient stock control and inventory management Monitor incoming and outgoing stock Assist with customer queries and resolve issues professionally Ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time Monitor branch sales and operational targets Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Assist with administrative duties and reporting Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments Identify operational challenges and implement solutions Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a branch supervisory or management role Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail or a related industry will be advantageous Strong leadership and people-management skills Good administrative and organisational abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer literate Valid driver's licence Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Contactable references Competencies Leadership and team management Customer-focused approach Strong organisational skills Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Accountability and reliability Target-driven and results-oriented Ability to work independently How to Apply: Submit your CV & supporting documents via link provided only.
