Branch Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of branch and individual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage sales teams to deliver consistent results.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Conduct regular coaching, one-on-ones and performance interventions.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, development and disciplinary matters.
• Implement sales initiatives to generate leads and grow customer acquisition.
• Ensure effective day-to-day branch operations and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain high levels of sales quality and customer service.
• Manage customer escalations professionally.
• Analyse sales and operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts and performance presentations.
• Build a high-performance and accountable sales culture.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric essential.
• Relevant Sales, Marketing or Business qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a sales environment .
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience .
• At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Contact Centre Operational Manager or similar .
• Proven experience managing sales teams, targets and employee performance.
• Strong coaching and people management experience.
• Experience in management reporting and performance analysis.
• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
