Our client is seeking a Branch Manager who can drive store performance, grow the business, expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets while effectively managing operations and minimizing losses.
Requirements
- 3–5 years management experience in a Retail or Agri‑trade environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Business Management (advantageous)
- Strong technical knowledge and sales experience in animal feed and veterinary products
- Retail and personnel management experience
- Office administration skills
- Own reliable transport
- Stock management experience
- Computer literate
- Sales and marketing background
- Ability to build and maintain a strong customer base
Salary
Market related, based on qualifications and experience.
