Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the workshop and branch.
- Supervise and lead workshop staff, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.
- Diagnose vehicle faults and provide technical support to technicians when required.
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
- Build strong customer relationships and assist in achieving monthly sales and operational targets.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and the ability to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence.
