- Matric Certificate
- Psira Grade A
- Fire Arm Competency
- 10 Years experience in Security Industry
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
- Experience in Financial Management and Budgets
- Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles
- People management experience
- Strong planning, leadership and organisational skills
- Administration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills
- Own reliable transport and a driver's license
- No Criminal Record
Key Performance Areas (not limited to)
- Overall management of the branch including Operations, Financial Management, Transport, HR, Industrial Relations, ISO, Client Portfolios, Contractual Agreements
- Managing of Operations Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors
- Quarterly appraisal of Operations and Administration staff
- Training and development of staff
- Succession planning of staff
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Asset control
- Fleet control
- Fire Arm Control
- Monthly and Quarterly reports
- Risk assessments
- Investigation reports
