Requirements
- Matric certificate
- PSIRA Grade A registration
- Valid drivers license / Own reliable vehicle
- A minimum of 5 years management experience specifically within the valuable assets / cash-in-transit and security sector
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication, English, Afrikaans / 3rd language will be beneficial
- Proven staff management experience paired with a working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management standards
Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting, monitoring, and executing client Service Level Agreements
- Continually auditing operational risk while managing physical security infrastructure, including vaults, local facility barriers, and specialized transit vehicles
- Overseeing monthly branch service budgets, operating costs, and financial cost-control strategies
- Tracking personnel performance metrics and initiating operational intervention when necessary
- Ensuring full regional adherence to statutory regulations, including Firearms controls, Health and Safety mandates, and Road Traffic Acts
- Producing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for executive review
