Key Responsibilities/ Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede

• Manage the branch outlet successfully

• Maintain constant contact with customers and staff

• Ensure staff give great customer service

• Monitor the financial performance of the retail outlet

• Promote and market the business to ensure targets are met (includes excessive travelling)

• Maintain target driven sales turnover

• Ongoing marketing ,sales research and analysis

• Product analysis and marketing

• Attend and promote at shows, exhibits and events

• Stock control

• Managing sales and daily functions of the shop

• Personal time and task management

• Manage shop vehicles and equipment

• Manage all costs of the shop

• Deurlopende bemarking, verkoopsnavorsing en analise

• Produk-analise en bemarking

• Woon en bevorder by skoue, uitstallings en geleenthede

• Voorraadbeheer

• Bestuur verkope en daaglikse funksies van die winkel

• Persoonlike tyd- en taakbestuur

• Bestuur winkelvoertuie en toerusting

• Bestuur alle kostes van die winkel

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes

• Minimum 3+ years’ managerial/supervisory experience within a fast-paced retail environment

• Managerial experience within a fast-paced retail outlet

• Strong proven sales background

• Must reside in George, and have vast knowledge of the demographics of George

• Knowledge of retail sales will be advantageous

• Knowledge and use of hand and power tools

• Valid driver’s licence essential

• Computer literacy a must

• Geldige bestuurslisensie is noodsaaklik

• Rekenaargeletterdheid is ’n vereiste

Salary / Salaris

R15 370 p/m + Commission (Average of R15 000 p/m)
