Branch Manager (Security)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the security industry
• Proven senior security management experience , preferably managing a large workforce
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and fleet management
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Strong people-management and leadership experience
• Excellent planning, organisational and client liaison skills
• Computer literate – MS Office
• Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
• Firearm competency
• Clear criminal record and excellent employment track record

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch
• Manage Operations Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and security personnel
• Ensure contractual and client requirements are consistently met
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational matters promptly
• Oversee financial management, budgets, fleet, assets and resources
• Ensure effective staff management, rostering, training and development
• Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee investigations where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards
• Prepare and submit operational, monthly and quarterly reports
• Attend client and internal management meetings
• Ensure effective administration and operational control across the branch
