Branch Manager & Sales - Ermelo

Introduction

We are looking for a Branch Manager - Sales to join our team in Ermelo

Duties & Responsibilities

• The promotion and sale of company's products particularly throughout the Ermelo Region

• Promote the company's image through excellent customer care and customer relations

• Build strong long term relationships with customers

• Monitor staff customers service and address any short comings

• Address any customer serivce queries or complaints

• Monitor sales levels based on agreed targets

• Monitor and report on opposition activites

• Organize promotions - shows, farmers days etc

• Organize customer product training courses

• Inform customers re training and training dates, promote training and recruit candidate for training days

• Organize adverts where appropriate

• Feedback suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff members and Directors

• Ensure that the regular prescribed stock counts are done meticulously

• Ensure that physical stock is reconciled withinternet system records on an ongoing and up to date basis

• Ensure that stock holdings are monitored and adequate stock is held to meet customer requirements

• Manage all staff in the branch

• Mentor staff and oversee staff welfare

• Monitor staff performance around skills areas and adress any skills deficiencies with additional training

• Oversee the implementation of decisions taken at meetings

• Administration, compile daily cash reports, preparation of paperwork for the Accounts Manager

• Assist HR when necessary, the HR manager/HR rep with Branch HR admin

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Management/ Marketing qualification.

• Further studies in Business Administration or related field.

• Leadership and Human Resources Management skills.

• Previous experience with Inventory Management.

• Sales skills and experience.

• Interest in and ability to learn about electronic products.

• Experience in the electric fence industry.

• Experience in the electronic industry.

• Experience with security and automation systems.

• Reliable person with good organisational, communication and administrative skills.

• Organised, honest and dependable.

• People person with a talent for staff and customer care.

• Excellent selling skills.

• Meticulous attention to administrative details is essential.
