- We have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant.
- This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 with 4 years experience in a similar management role.
- A tertiary qualification is desirable.
- Experience managing a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).
