An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of its new Pinetown branch. This hands-on role is ideal for a qualified Millwright or Electrician with 5–10 years' experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch and factory operations Supervise factory and administrative staff Plan and coordinate daily production and logistics Manage raw material ordering, inventory, stock control, and monthly stock takes Ensure accurate order picking, dispatch, and deliveries Maintain production records and submit daily reports Approve employee clockings and oversee attendance records Conduct daily inspections of plant and equipment, ensuring defects are repaired Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment Open and close the facility, including alarm activation Liaise with sales, administration, and factory teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Matric Qualified Millwright or Electrician 5–10 years' experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role Valid driver's licence Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Good mathematical and report-writing abilities Able to work independently and lead a team effectively Physically fit and willing to work Saturdays when required If you're a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a passion for driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
