The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong operational discipline. This role requires extensive travelling, active marketing, and consistent engagement with customers and stakeholders. General Responsibilities
- Manage the retail outlet and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and improve the financial performance of the outlet
- Conduct ongoing marketing, sales research, and product analysis
- Promote products at shows, exhibitions, and events
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and replenishment
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure effective time and task management across the outlet
- Oversee shop vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Control operational costs and maintain budget discipline
