What you'll do

  • Manage and optimise the sales performance of the branch to achieve set targets.
  • Oversee all stock management functions to ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Lead, motivate, and effectively manage all branch staff to enhance productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Control all cash management activities, maintaining accuracy and security.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on branch operations and key performance metrics.
  • Contribute actively to the regional budgeting and financial planning process.
  • Implement and maintain daily operational management controls within the branch.
  • Facilitate continuous staff development by monitoring and supporting training initiatives.

What you bring

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Branch Management within a Retail environment
  • At least 2 years' experience in Retail or Hospitality sectors
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including the ability to interpret income statements
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
