Branch Manager - Ermelo

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 and any other qualification will be an advantage preferably Finance or Management • Hardware or technical sector experience • 5 - 10 years experience in a similar position • Previous experience in the hardware sector • Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English • Stable working history • Experience with: • Developing and executing strategic plans for the branch's growth and sustainability • Exploring opportunities for expansion or diversification • Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community • Participating in community events and support local initiatives • Analysing sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement • Developing and implement strategies to enhance store performance • Implementing effective inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage • Conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records • Preparing and manage the store's budget • Monitoring expenses, track income and seek cost-effective solutions • Handling cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions • Recruiting, training and supervising store employees • Developing work schedules and assign tasks • Promoting a positive and productive work environment Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
