AliSom Enterprise Services operates within the ICT and telecommunications sector, providing voice, data, and related connectivity solutions to small, medium, and large businesses across South Africa. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Corporate Office in the Western Cape.
Duties & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for overseeing both the GSM and Fixed divisions, ensuring strong sales performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service delivery.
Responsibilities;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch across both GSM and Fixed business units.
- Drive sales performance by leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
- Ensure optimal stock management across all areas to support sales and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of in-store execution, including promotions, demonstrations, and overall brand representation.
- Ensure all staff are well-trained, target-driven, and aligned with AliSom standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and implement opportunities to grow both the GSM and Fixed revenue streams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Vodacom products, services, and solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements;
- Proven track record with a strong results-driven mindset.
- Experience in both GSM and Fixed solutions is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
